On Wednesday, November 14, World Business Chicago, Chicago Sister Cities International, and the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Germany came together for a moderated virtual discussion on the trends, innovations, and solutions that are being developed in Chicago and Hamburg to transform the future of the transportation, distribution, logistics and mobility (TDL) for cities around the world.

The 90-minute conversation included some of the leading organizations based in Hamburg and Chicago that are innovating the future of the TDL sector, including BMW Technology Group, Bosch, CityTech Collaborative from Chicago, and Digital Hubs Logistics and Hamburg Port Authority representing the innovations in Hamburg. Panelists shared their perspectives on how moving goods and people will be improved because of the ecosystems in the two cities.

For those of you that attended, we hope you found value in the discussion. If you were unable to attend, we recorded the global conversation and you can find the recording on World Business Chicago’s YouTube page, linked here.
