World Business Chicago and Chicago Sister Cities International Honor kCura with ChicagoNEXT Award

Award To Be Presented at the Chicago Consular Corps Gala on December 15

kCura, developers of the e-discovery software Relativity, has been selected by World Business Chicago and Chicago Sister Cities International to receive the 2015 ChicagoNEXT Award. The award honors a Chicago technology company recognized as an industry leader on a global scale.

kCura was selected for being a driver of technology sector growth in Chicago, a champion of technology talent attraction and retention, and a leader on innovation efforts.

The ChicagoNEXT Award will be presented at The 2015 Chicago Consular Corps Gala: “A Tribute to Our Global Partners” on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan Avenue). In addition to the ChicagoNEXT Award, three other awards will be presented at the gala: the Global Citizen Award to Jim McNerney, Chairman of the The Boeing Company; the Corporate Ambassador Award to Walgreens Boots Alliance; and the Chicago Sister Cities International Volunteer of the Year Award to Dr. Tariq Butt.

The gala’s international guest list includes members of the 80+ foreign and honorary consulates in Chicago and leaders in Chicago’s business, civic, and cultural communities. The proceeds from the event will support the work of Chicago Sister Cities International and World Business Chicago, and fund Chicago Consular Corps scholarships to the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Ms. Amy Rule, and Consul General Patricia Maza-Pittsford and Mr. Philip Pittsford will serve as Honorary Chairs of the Gala.
