Startup Chicago is World Business Chicago’s startup growth and venture attraction program.

World Business Chicago joined FinTEx and Jump Capital for Startup Chicago’s first-ever fintech showcase. FinTEx is a community of the leading organizations within FinTech and financial services. Jump Capital is a thesis-led venture investor specializing in scalable software opportunities in fintech, crypto, media, IT and data infrastructure. 

Led by World Business Chicago in partnership with it’s sponsors, Startup Chicago connects local founders with regional and national investors to accelerate growth. As an extension to the Chicago Venture Summit, Startup Chicago market’s the city’s thriving startup ecosystem with active VCs and tech investors across the Midwest and around the country. Startup Chicago showcases are invite-only virtual events exclusive for select VCs and investors to connect with founders who are actively fundraising and learn more about Chicago’s thriving startup ecosystem.

The virtual event welcomed investors from across the country to hear from Chicago’s most promising fintech startups. Jump Capital Co-Founder and Partner Sach Chitnis sat down with FinTEx Executive Director Randy Rivera to provide a fireside chat on the FinTech ecosystem in Chicago.
